In the community
Showing up. Speaking out. Spreading hope.
The Ryan Lee Raney Foundation is not waiting to begin this work. We are showing up, speaking out, and helping create spaces where honest conversations can happen and hope can be shared.

Come join us as we work to end the stigma surrounding suicide and mental illness and strengthen mental-health resources within our community. Cherokee County is severely underserved in mental-health and dual-diagnosis resources. It is time to have difficult conversations, support one another, and come together as a community. We want to hear your voice and hope to see you there.

Advocacy in action
JUNE • SUICIDE AWARENESS EVENT
Turning pain into purpose
In June, Laura spoke at a suicide awareness event, sharing from a deeply personal place and helping bring an urgent conversation into the open.
This is what the Foundation's mission looks like in action — showing up, speaking honestly, and reminding people that their lives matter.
More is being planned
More opportunities to gather, remember Ryan, raise awareness, and connect people with hope are already being planned. New event details will be shared here as they are confirmed.
